Water Purification System

Raw Water Depth Filter (Auto / Manual)

GRAVEL
SAND

Features

A pressure filtration device is a system where a lower collection device with strainers is placed inside a sealed vessel. Support media such as gravel and sand are laid on top, followed by filling with anthracite or sand. As raw water passes through this filter bed, suspended solids and turbidity are removed. The suspended solids that remain on top of the filter bed can be removed through backwashing operations using valves.

Applications

  • Pre-treatment in pond and small lake management processes
  • Improvement of turbidity and suspended solids in agricultural and industrial water for filtering
  • Pretreatment for Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Processes
  • Pretreatment in all water treatment processes
