Raw Water Depth Filter (Auto / Manual)

A pressure filtration device is a system where a lower collection device with strainers is placed inside a sealed vessel. Support media such as gravel and sand are laid on top, followed by filling with anthracite or sand. As raw water passes through this filter bed, suspended solids and turbidity are removed. The suspended solids that remain on top of the filter bed can be removed through backwashing operations using valves.
