Principle

Reverse osmosis is a cutting-edge technology that scientifically processes the osmosis phenomenon that occurs in nature. It is a technical phenomenon that artificially applies a high pressure exceeding the osmotic pressure to a solution with a high concentration and induces the flow of the solution in the opposite direction through a special semipermeable membrane.
At this time, the semipermeable membrane blocks the flow of certain molecules toward the dilute solution, and when this principle is applied to water, it is a device that removes minerals and other impurities and purifies the water by allowing only the water field to pass through it.

Continuous production of ultra-pure water without regeneration of toxic chemicals

IONPURE LX is a process that continuously produces high purity ultrapure water while completely eliminating the cost and problems required for regeneration and wastewater neutralization facilities using toxic chemicals . Its purpose is to remove more salts and CO₂, residual salts, SILICA, BORON and TOC than RO PERMEATE.
The IONPURE LX-MK module continuously produces pure water using ion permeation membranes, ion exchange resins and electricity, so it can produce high purity ultrapure water without downtime due to regeneration like MIXED BED. When using RO PRODUCT as feedwater, the LX-MK system removes more than 99% of SALT and produces 16-18MEGOHM-CM ultrapure water for various applications.
