Problem Of Scale
Calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) limestone is dissolved in general household water or water used in commercial and industrial facilities . When the water temperature of the piping system rises rapidly or the water pressure drops, the limestone molecules dissolved in the water form a thin film of crystals on the surface of the pipe where coagulation occurs. The scale deposits of this film are especially created at the water-stopping surface, the vortex-forming portion inside the pipe, and the portion where water is discharged to the outside of the pipe. These scale deposits have a negative effect on pipes, heat coils, and expensive equipment.
